Thinking Outside the Palate for Treating Recession presented by Dr. Steve Wallace
Most soft tissue grafting for recession can now be done without palate surgery. Acellular dermisis as effective as connective tissue for root coverage with a simplified technique that eliminates tedious tunneling. Implant site augmentation with acellular dermis generates wider attachment and keratinized gingiva adjacent to implants.
